Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meeyu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Meeyu AI, Inc.

Description of Service

Meeyu is an AI-powered admissions management platform designed for university admissions offices. The Service provides email management, applicant pipeline tools, calendar integration, task prioritization, and an AI assistant to help admissions officers work more efficiently.

Account and Access

Access to Meeyu is provided on an institutional basis. Your institution's administrator or Meeyu team must authorize your email address before you can sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials used to access the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Meeyu only for legitimate admissions office operations. You may not:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other institutions
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Share your account access with unauthorized individuals

AI-Generated Content

Meeyu uses artificial intelligence to generate email drafts, task suggestions, and other content. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is sent or acted upon. Meeyu is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to send or use.

Data Ownership

Your institution retains ownership of all applicant data, email content, and other information entered into or processed by Meeyu. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meeyu AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Your institution may cancel its subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify institutional administrators of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
